  • pork or veal fillet - 700 g;
  • butter;
  • onions - 2 pcs;
  • ground black pepper;
  • sour cream - 1 glass;
  • potatoes;
  • carrots - 1 pc;
  • seasoning for meat;
  • parsley root;
  • greens;
  • zira.

Instructions

Step 1

Rinse the meat under running water and cut across the grain into large pieces. Hit them lightly with a hammer. Next, cut the meat into cubes and fry in a pan over high heat for 10 minutes.

Step 2

Place thin slices of bacon or butter at the bottom of each pot. Then lay out a layer of meat. Chop parsley root, carrots, onions into strips and place all over the meat, evenly distributing.

Step 3

Season with salt, pepper and sprinkle with the rest of the spices, tamp. Add a layer of potatoes not to the very top and salt the dish. Pour chicken or mushroom broth into each pot. It is necessary to cover more than half of the content with them. Cover the pots with lids.
