Step 1

Peel the onion, chop into bars or quarter rings. Wash, peel and chop the carrots. You can also grate it, as you like.

Next, you need to sauté chopped vegetables in a skillet with vegetable oil. Remove the finished frying from the pan and set aside.

Wash, dry and cut the mushrooms into slices. Fry them in the oil left over from the onions and carrots.

Cut the beef into small cubes and also fry in oil.

Wash, peel and cut the potatoes into circles or arbitrary slices. Salt the potatoes lightly.
