Roast Meat and Mushroom is a delicious homemade dish with available ingredients. The universal recipe is suitable for any occasion, both for a simple family dinner and for a festive table.

- Pork - 400 gr.
- Potatoes - 500 gr.
- Champignons or oyster mushrooms - 350 gr.
- Cheese - 100 gr.
- Vegetable oil
- Garlic - 2-3 cloves
- Salt, spices - to taste

Instructions
Step 1
Cut the meat, salt, fry until half cooked (3-5 minutes).
Step 2
Fry the chopped mushrooms separately (3-5 minutes) until half cooked. Salt.
Step 3
Fry potatoes (in strips or cubes) until half cooked, no more than 5 minutes. Salt.
Step 4
Grease the pot with vegetable oil (lightly so that the potatoes do not stick). Put the ingredients in a pot in layers: first potatoes, then meat, mushrooms, add grated garlic (to taste), sprinkle with grated cheese on top.
Close the pot loosely with the lid.
Do not salt because all ingredients are already salted.

Place the pots in a preheated oven at 180 degrees. Cook for 30-40 minutes.
