Preparing ingredients for frying

Cooking champignons
An open fire for frying mushrooms on skewers is not suitable, you need to wait for the formation of large and hot coals (birch firewood is best). Then you need to string the champignons, and very tightly so that the mushrooms do not dry out, burn and retain their juiciness.

After the above time has elapsed, the mushrooms must be carefully and very carefully removed from the skewers and put on a large, deep dish. Finely chopped fresh herbs (like dill, parsley, green onions or basil) are perfect for decoration, as well as a small amount of lemon juice, which you just need to sprinkle with ready-made mushrooms. You can do another way - put green salad leaves on a plate, on which you have already placed fried champignons. For decorating the dish, a side dish of fresh summer vegetables - cucumbers, bell peppers, radishes, or others - is also perfect.
This dish, for all its lightness, is still quite satisfying, therefore, if you also want to treat yourself to a meat or chicken kebab, then it is better not to gorge yourself on mushrooms first.
