Turkey is a tender meat that absorbs the aromas of spices and seasonings well. Shish kebab from this type of meat turns out to be very tasty and aromatic. If you add champignons, then as a result you can get not only fried meat, but also a delicious side dish.
It is necessary
- - 500 grams of turkey fillet,
- - 10-12 mushrooms,
- - 1 bell pepper,
- - 1/3 bunch of green onions,
- - 1 clove of garlic,
- - half a lemon,
- - 4 tbsp. tablespoons of olive oil
- - 1 teaspoon of mustard,
- - dried marjoram to taste,
- - ground red hot pepper to taste,
- - ground black pepper to taste,
- - salt to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse green onions, dry a little, chop, put in a cup, sprinkle with a little salt and crush with a pusher to extract juice.
Step 2
Chop a clove of garlic in any convenient way. Cut half the lemon into thin slices.
Step 3
Put chopped garlic clove, lemon slices in a cup with green onions, add 4 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 teaspoon of mustard, season with a pinch of marjoram and pepper (red and black ground), mix.
Step 4
Rinse the champignons well, cut off the caps. Make a small cruciform cut on each cap. Do not make a deep cut, as the mushrooms can fall apart.
Step 5
Rinse the turkey well, pat dry with paper towels and cut into pieces for barbecue. Place the mushrooms and meat in a cup to the marinade, leave in the refrigerator for about 6 hours.
Step 6
Rinse the bell peppers, peel them, cut into squares. The side of each square is about 3 cm.
Step 7
Put pieces of turkey on a skewer, alternating with mushrooms and bell peppers each time.
Step 8
Prepare the coals. Grill the kebab until the meat is done.
