It is necessary

  • sugar - 0.5 tsp;
  • flour - 3 cups;
  • pork - 200 g;
  • salt - 1 tsp;
  • beef - 300 g;
  • vegetable oil - 4 tablespoons;
  • onions - 4 pcs;
  • vodka - 2 tablespoons;
  • chopped greens;
  • mineral water - 0, 70 glasses;
  • milk or meat broth - 50 ml;
  • ground black pepper;
  • butter.

Instructions

Step 1

Cut the pulp into pieces and twist them with a meat grinder along with the onions. Season with pepper and salt. Dissolve the minced meat with water, cold milk and broth. The filling should become like thick country sour cream. Place the minced meat in the refrigerator for an hour.

Step 2

Combine salt, flour and sugar in a bowl. Make a depression in the center of the dry mixture and pour vodka, oil and water into it. Stir the liquid ingredients with a fork or fingers, gently grabbing the flour.

Step 3

Transfer the dough to a cutting board and start kneading. Add water and flour as needed during the process. When you have made the dough firm and homogeneous, sprinkle it with flour and wrap it in cellophane. Incubate it for an hour at room temperature. This is necessary in order for it to roll out better.

Step 4

Pinch off about 50 g pieces from the dough and roll them into thin circles. Make the diameter about 15 cm, and the thickness moderate, so that the product does not break during frying.

Step 5

Add 2 tablespoons. minced meat and a small piece of butter for half a rolled round. Cover the filling with the other part on top. Smooth out the surface, releasing all the air from the inside. Secure the edges with a fork or fingers, you can trim with a curly knife for decoration.

Step 6

Fry pasties with meat in boiling oil until golden brown on both sides. Set the fire to medium. You can turn over with two paddles. Put the finished pasties on a paper towel to stack excess fat, and then you can serve.
