  • - Minced beef - 300 g;

  • - Baking powder for dough - 1 tsp. or soda - 0.5 tsp;
  • - Ground black pepper;
  • - Salt;
  • - Vegetable oil for frying - 250 ml;
  • - Frying pan.

Instructions

Step 1

First you need to prepare the dough for pasties. Warm milk, if it is from the refrigerator, until slightly warm and mix with vegetable oil. Add flour, baking powder and salt to taste. Add flour in portions. Knead the dough. It should turn out to be soft, elastic, but so as not to stick to your hands. Leave the finished dough for 30 minutes.

Step 2

In the meantime, prepare the minced meat. Peel the onion and mince it. It can also be grated or chopped with a blender. Combine the onion with the meat. Add ground black pepper and salt to taste. Mix everything well.

Step 3

Prepare a work surface on the table. Sprinkle flour on the table. Divide the dough into 10 or 12 pieces. Roll out a 2mm thick flat cake from each part. The diameter of the resulting cakes will be about 15 cm.

Step 4

Put the minced meat in one half of each tortilla. Cover with the other half. You should get an even semicircle. Pinch the edges well. They can be decorated with light pressure using a fork.

Step 5

Heat a skillet and pour vegetable oil into it. When it's hot, set the temperature to just below average. Lay down the first cheburek. The oil should cover it completely. Fry the cheburek on both sides until golden brown. Transfer the finished product to a large plate. Fry all other pasties in the same way.

Step 6

Crispy, mouth-watering pasties are ready! They are served hot and hot with sweet hot tea and herbs.
