It is necessary

  • -8 Art. flour;
  • -3 tbsp. water;
  • -2 tsp salt;
  • -2 tsp Sahara;
  • -150 ml. vegetable oil;
  • -1 tbsp vodka;
  • -1 kg of minced meat (any is suitable - for your taste);
  • -2 bulbs.

Instructions

Step 1

Dissolve salt and sugar in water, add vodka and vegetable oil. Add the sifted flour in portions, and stir the dough between portions. Knead the dough and place it in a plastic bag. Leave the dough in the bag for one hour.

Step 2

While the dough is waiting in the wings, prepare the filling. Chop the onion finely and fry it lightly in a hot skillet. Then let it cool and mix with the minced meat. Salt and pepper the filling, add your favorite spices if desired and mix everything well.

Step 3

Roll out the dough no more than 3 mm thick on the table. Using a bowl or any other plate, cut out the circles of dough, and remove the rest for now.

Step 4

Place the filling on one half with a tablespoon, cover the filling with the other edge and pinch the cheburek carefully. If you stick it badly, then all the juice of the filling will flow out into the pan.

Step 5

Fry the pasties on both sides in a large amount of vegetable oil.
