This dish came to us from the east. It consists of flatbread or Armenian lavash stuffed with beef, lamb or chicken and chopped fresh vegetables with sauce and spices.
It is necessary
- - 600 g chicken fillet
- - 200 g sour cream
- - 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- - 2 packs of Armenian lavash
- - 2 cucumbers
- - 2 tomatoes
- - Iceberg lettuce or 1 head of Chinese cabbage
- - 3-4 radishes
- - 1 bell pepper
- - herbs, garlic, salt, spices
Instructions
Step 1
Fry the strips of chicken in vegetable oil. Season the chicken with salt and spices.
Step 2
Finely chop the vegetables, chop the salad. Chop the herbs and grate the garlic on a fine grater.
Step 3
For the sauce, combine low-fat sour cream, mayonnaise, and herbs with garlic.
Step 4
Combine vegetables, cooled chicken and sauce.
Step 5
Wrap each serving in halved pita bread.
