Any meat is suitable for French meat. If you follow the recipe, you will end up with juicy, tender meat, suitable for a festive and everyday table. In any case, you will be able to surprise your family and guests with a delicious dish.
It is necessary
- • Chicken meat (fillet or breast) - 800 g
- • Onions - 2 pieces
- • Mayonnaise - 2 tbsp.
- • Cheese (hard grade) - 200 g
- • Cheese (processed) - 200 g
- • Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons.
- • Garlic - 3 cloves
- • Salt, pepper, any spices of your choice
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse chicken meat. Cut 1/2 part of the chicken fillet and cut it into pieces.
Step 2
In each resulting piece, make a cavity ("pocket"). To do this, you need to cut the meat lengthwise, not completely.
Step 3
Pieces of fillet, laid out on a board and wrapped with cling film, beat off with a hammer on one side and the other. Now you should marinate them: put the meat in a deep bowl, add spices, salt, ground pepper, vegetable oil. Leave to marinate.
Step 4
Grate soft, melted cheese on a fine grater.
Step 5
Finely chop the garlic or pass through a garlic press.
Step 6
Mix the grated cheese and garlic, add a little pepper and mayonnaise, mix.
Peel, wash and cut onions into thin rings.
Step 7
Grate hard cheese.
Step 8
Prepare a baking tray. All the ingredients are laid out on it in layers: onions, marinated chicken meat, a mixture of processed cheese and garlic, grated hard cheese.
Step 9
Bake in the oven (preheat) for 40 minutes at 180C.
Meat can be either an independent dish or an excellent addition to any side dish.
