  • cumin - 3-5 g;
  • coarse salt - 25-30 g.

Preparation:

It is best to take medium to small sized thin-skinned potatoes for this recipe. Rinse the tubers and, without drying, send them to the bottom of a special form that is suitable for baking dishes in a microwave oven. Each prick with a fork.

Sprinkle the prepared tubers with oil evenly. Shake the container vigorously. Leave the potatoes in such a state for a while so that the oil is absorbed into it. Sprinkle the vegetable with salt. Preparation:

Rinse all raw potatoes thoroughly under running water. Dry it thoroughly. Be sure to make deep punctures with a fork on the skin of the vegetable.

Put the prepared tubers in a special dish for the microwave. Place strips of bacon nearby. You can take more of them to your liking.

Cover the container with a lid. Cook its contents at the maximum power of the device for 8-9 minutes.

Drain the water from the already soft potatoes. Add all the spices and butter to the vegetable. It is best to limit yourself to chopped coriander and freshly ground pepper. While the potatoes are still hot, mashed them.

Add chopped fresh dill to the potatoes. Use only soft greens without dense stems. Leave about ¼ of all the chopped greens to decorate the ready-made treat.

Chop the onion very finely. Mix with a little oil. Send the vegetable pieces with vegetable fat to the microwave for 2, 5-3 minutes. It is necessary in the process to ensure that the onion does not burn.

Cut the tomatoes together with the skin into thin slices. Pour the contents of a raw egg into a separate bowl and beat until a light foam appears. Send the resulting liquid to mashed potatoes.

  • medium-sized zucchini and carrots - half each;
  • basil (dark) - half a bunch;
  • rusks mixed with potato spices - 50-60 g;
  • medium fat sour cream - a full glass;
  • curry, salt - a small spoonful;
  • grated cheese - a full glass;
  • oil - for lubricating the mold.

Preparation:

It's worth starting with filling. To prepare it, you need to combine sour cream with curry and salt. The amount of all these ingredients is adjusted according to taste. For example, you can add more curry to make the fill color more saturated. Send pre-shredded cheese to the already mixed ingredients. Mix everything very thoroughly.

Wash the potatoes, dry and peel, thinly cutting off the skin. Cut the remaining parts of the tubers into thin slices. The optimal thickness for each is about 1.5 mm. It will be convenient to use a special vegetable grater, which allows you to grind food into slices.

Wash half of the courgette. If the vegetable is old, be sure to cut off the peel from it, remove large seeds and the entire "loose" part from the inside. Cut the remaining pulp into small cubes. The diameter of each should be about 1 cm.

Peel, wash and rub the carrots. It is best to use the coarsest grater. Rinse, dry and chop the basil. Only leaves should be used from it.

In a common bowl, mix the prepared zucchini pieces, carrots, chopped basil and half of the flavored rusks. The breading can be mixed with any of your favorite seasonings. It is also allowed to use ready-made store crackers with spices, turned into small crumbs.

First, cut the bacon into tiny pieces. Send it to a small skillet and fry over high heat until golden brown. The chunks should be crispy. Optionally, you can replace the bacon with smoked sausage, also frying it with straws or lard.

Wash the potatoes thoroughly. It is not necessary to dry it. Make several punctures on the peel with a fork. Send the potatoes to the microwave and cook until tender at maximum temperature. It's worth starting at 10 minutes. And if necessary, add time.

Pour the contents of raw eggs into a separate bowl. Beat with a fork or whisk with salt and pepper. Send the resulting egg mixture to the skillet with the remaining bacon fat. Cook until the white and yolk harden, stirring frequently. There should be a lot of small egg pieces in the skillet, not whole scrambled eggs.

Cut each baked potato in half. With a spoon, remove the pulp from the parts of the vegetable. About 1/3 cm of potatoes should remain on the walls, otherwise the whole structure will break.

Combine the extracted pulp with cream cheese and chopped green onions. Fill the potato halves with the resulting composition. Top with fried eggs, bacon / sausage pieces and chopped cheese. Return the potatoes to the microwave for about a minute more. During this time, the cheese should completely melt.

Preparation:

Peel the potatoes and cut them into very thin slices. The thickness of each should be no more than 1-2 mm. The most convenient way to do this is to use a special shredder.

Cover the microwave tray with baking paper. Arrange the potato slices in one layer on it. Dry them at medium power for 4-4.5 minutes. In the process, you need to carefully monitor the potatoes so that the slices do not burn.
