Instructions

Step 1

We take milk and pour it into a deep bowl, add salt, sugar, eggs, and sunflower oil. Beat everything thoroughly with a mixer. Then add flour in parts so as not to overdo it, otherwise the dough will be very thick. If this happens, add more milk. Let the resulting pancake batter sit for ten minutes.

We take a frying pan for frying pancakes, ignite it over high heat. You can grease the pan with sunflower oil or rub with salt, choose yourself. When the pan is calcined, pour the pancake dough onto it. We put on fire and bake on both sides. We do the same with the rest of the test.

Step 3

Cabbage filling

Finely chop the cabbage and fry it in sunflower oil over low heat. Make sure that it does not become overcooked. When it's cooked, add pickled mushrooms to the cabbage, then fry everything a little over low heat. When everything is ready, add mayonnaise, and garlic if desired (press through a garlic press or grate on a fine grater). Pepper the resulting mass, salt to taste. We take a pancake, put a little filling on it in the middle, fold it in an envelope.

Step 5

Potato filling

Peel the potatoes and cook until tender. We make mashed potatoes from the boiled potatoes, and also add an egg, herbs, butter, milk. Beat everything thoroughly with a mixer until a homogeneous puree is obtained so that there are no lumps. Now fry the resulting puree over low heat with the addition of pickled mushrooms. You need to fry in sunflower oil, but it will be tastier if you do it in butter or margarine. Add sour cream at the end. We take one pancake, put our filling in the middle of the pancake and roll it up with an envelope.
