- - 1 egg;
- - 500 ml of milk;
- - 125 g butter or margarine;
- - 2 tbsp. + 1 tsp Sahara;
- - 1, 5 tsp salt;
- - 11 g dry yeast;
- - 0, 5 tbsp. warm water;
- - flour - so much that the dough is not tight, but also does not stick to your hands;
- - 1 bag of vanillin.
- For the cream:
- - 1-3 tbsp. cocoa;
- - 3-5 tbsp. milk.
Instructions
Step 1
Mix milk with water and heat, but you do not need to bring it to a boil.
Step 2
Add sugar and yeast. Mix everything and let the dough brew for 15 minutes.
Step 3
After 15 minutes, add the egg, butter, salt, vanillin melted in the microwave. Beat everything, then add flour.
Step 4
Add flour gradually and in glasses. After it is difficult to stir the dough with a spoon and you can safely take it in your hands, remove the dough from the bowl / pan and knead, constantly adding flour. The dough should not be very soft, but also not hammered - medium.
Step 5
Cover the dough with a towel and leave to rise for 1-1.5 hours, until it doubles in size.
Step 6
Roll out the dough that has come up in a layer of 1 cm and cut out circles with a large mug. Cut out the middle in each circle with a glass.
Step 7
Pour 1 cm thick vegetable oil into a frying pan. Heat well.
Step 8
Fry donuts on both sides until pale golden or golden brown.
Step 9
Put the finished donuts in a deep plate.
Step 10
Making a cream. Mix cocoa with milk and dip donuts on both sides in the resulting mixture (liquid or thick), sprinkle each donut with vanilla sugar or regular sugar on one side.
