Julienne is a very tasty dish that is not difficult to prepare. It is prepared both in a large dish and in portioned dishes. Julienne is made from onions, mushrooms, cheese and butter sauce.
It is necessary
- - mushrooms 300 g
- - chicken fillet 300 g
- - onions 1 head
- - vegetable oil 4 tablespoons
- - black pepper
- - salt
- - hard cheese 150 g
- For the sauce:
- - butter 40 g
- - milk 300 ml
- - flour 2 tablespoons
Instructions
Step 1
Take chicken fillet, rinse well and cut into small cubes. Rinse the mushrooms and cut into thin slices. Chop the onion finely.
Step 2
Heat a skillet with 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil and fry the chicken fillets in it until golden brown.

In another skillet, fry the mushrooms in vegetable oil. When the mushrooms are juiced, add the onion, pepper and salt to them. Fry everything over low heat. As soon as the onion turns transparent, the mushrooms are ready.

To make the sauce, melt the butter, add the flour and stir thoroughly to get a smooth mixture.
Step 5
Gently pour the milk into the butter and flour mixture with constant stirring to avoid clumping. Then bring the resulting sauce to a boil.
Step 6
Mix the mushrooms with the chicken fillet and stir. Pour the mixture into the julienne molds.
Step 7
Pour the sauce over the portions so that the filling is completely covered with it. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater and sprinkle on top.
Step 8
Place the molds in the oven at 180 degrees. Bake for 20 minutes, until browned crust forms.
