Leading an active and healthy lifestyle is not only a trend of changing fashion, but also a severe necessity caused by the deterioration of the ecology and living conditions on our planet. Proper nutrition contributes to the health and immunity of the human body.

The main feature of halal food is that it does not cause any harm to health. Many people of different nationalities and religions feed on it. Halal food usually sells out very quickly in a matter of hours, and queues line up for it. The definition of halal food is laid down by Muslims and is kept in their holy book - the Koran. It defines the types of food that are prohibited from eating by the faithful. These include: meat of any predators, especially a tiger, lion or wolf, meat of birds of prey, for example, a hawk and a falcon, meat of all dogs, meat of donkeys and mules, any genitals, bladder, gallbladder, endocrine glands, any alcohol, pure blood of any animal. All these restrictions should be taken into account not only by Muslims, but also by people of any other faith.

For halal, it is important that the animal whose meat is eaten should not die a natural death or be killed by illegal, prohibited methods. An animal for food must necessarily be slaughtered with the sounding of the name of God, and therefore a special prayer is read.

Other religions also impose restrictions on the use of food, and these are manifested in fasting, abstinence and prohibitions on food. Before the great flood, animals for food were divided into clean and unclean. "Noah built an altar for the Lord of all clean cattle and clean birds, and offered them up as a burnt offering on the altar." During the Era of the Law, the Lord forbade the use of meat from unclean animals and said that they should not eat their meat and not touch their corpses, because they are unclean to man. In the Christian era, with the coming of Christ, the division of food was gradually abolished. But the ban on "sacrifice and blood to idols" remained in effect.

Halal food refers to those foods that are pure both spiritually and physically. They are produced without the addition of prohibited and harmful products - this is very important. Today in various cities there are restaurants, shops and departments where you can taste or buy halal food. In most European countries and in the United States, the demand for this food is growing at a steady pace. The UK sells halal products to six million people annually. And there are about two million Muslims. In the United States, the Internet is widely used to sell and advise such products. Therefore, the use of halal food promotes health and is suitable for everyone.
