The granulated sugar must completely dissolve. Pour kefir with sugar into flour and knead the dough with a spoon. Knead it until the lumps disappear. On average, it will take no more than 4-5 minutes. Then add vinegar slaked soda to the dough so that the dough rises when baking. Please note that you need to mix flour and kefir just a few minutes before sending the dough to the oven. If you hesitate, and the dough will stand for a long time, it may not rise, even despite the presence of slaked soda. Bake the cake in the oven at 180 ° C for half an hour. You can add any sweet ingredients to this cake: raisins, nuts, candied fruits, dried fruits, slices of fresh apples and other fruits.

There are so-called snack muffins. They are baked with the addition of chicken, sausage, cheese. In order to prepare such a cake, you will need: 3 chicken eggs, 1 glass of wheat flour, 4 tablespoons. olive oil (or any other), half a glass of kefir, 1 tsp. soda, a pinch of salt, 100 grams of cheese, 100 grams of sausage, 1 bell pepper, herbs (parsley, dill, onions).

To prepare the dough, you need to use a mixer. Place kefir, eggs, butter and salt in a bowl. Beat this mixture with a mixer. Then add flour. Mix everything thoroughly again with a mixer. Now cut the pepper, sausage, cheese into small cubes. Stir everything and add the dough. Prepare special muffin tins: grease them with butter. Place the dough in molds and sprinkle with herbs on top. Bake the muffins in the oven at a temperature of at least 180 ° C. Baking time: 35 minutes. Once the cake is ready, remove it from the mold and set it to cool. Then cut the product and serve. Thus, the usual sweet dish will have a completely different taste.
