It is necessary

  • - 700 g of large raw shrimps;
  • - 2 lemons;
  • - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of sesame oil;
  • - 2 cloves of garlic;
  • - fresh ginger root;
  • - coarse salt;
  • - freshly ground black pepper;
  • - vegetable oil;
  • - 50 ml of soy sauce.

Step 1

If you took frozen shrimp, then before starting cooking, they must be defrosted. It is recommended to do this on the top shelf of the refrigerator. The shrimp themselves should be in a colander, which in turn should be in a bowl.

Step 2

Remove the shells from the shrimp. Leave only the tails and heads. Make a deep cut along the back of each shrimp through which you carefully remove the dark intestinal vein.

Step 3

Chop the garlic and ginger. They can either be grated or crushed in a mortar. Mix them in a mikah, add lemon juice, soy sauce, and sesame oil there. Mix everything together.
