Very tender duck meat goes well with fruit. Apples are most commonly used. But famous chefs also use bananas, pears, and peaches. The taste of salty meat and sweet fruit will impress any gourmet.
It is necessary
- - duck fillet 2 pcs.;
- - 8 tbsp soy sauce spoons;
- - fresh ginger root 1 pc.;
- - garlic 2 cloves;
- - onions 2 pcs.;
- - frozen beans 200 g;
- - lime juice 2 tbsp. spoons;
- - unripe bananas 4 pcs.;
- - cilantro 1 bunch;
- - white peppercorns 1 teaspoon;
- - salt;
- - vegetable oil 8 tbsp. spoons.
Instructions
Step 1
Peel, wash and chop the onion, garlic and ginger. Grind white pepper in a mortar. Pour soy sauce and lime juice over everything and stir.
Step 2
Wash the duck fillets thoroughly, pat dry with a paper towel, then make cuts in each piece with a knife and cover with the prepared marinade. Leave in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
Step 3
Take 1 onion, peel, cut into rings and fry in vegetable oil until crispy. Boil the beans in salted water until tender. Peel the bananas and cut into small slices.
Step 4
Heat 2 tablespoons in a skillet. tablespoons of vegetable oil and fry the bananas on it for 10 minutes, stirring constantly. Set aside the cooked bananas on a plate. Cut the duck fillet into 1 cm slices. Add vegetable oil to the same pan and fry the meat for 8 minutes.
Step 5
Add the remaining marinade, bananas and beans to the skillet and fry for another 5 minutes. Serve the duck fillet, garnish with fried onions and cilantro.
