Step 1
For the preparation of stuffed fish, it is advisable to take large pike, cod or carp. First of all, it is necessary to clean the fish from scales, rinse, remove the entrails, cut into large pieces, but do not cut lengthwise.

Using a very sharp knife, carefully cut out the flesh of the fish near the ridge.

Scroll the resulting fillet through a meat grinder along with onions and white bread pre-soaked in milk.
