We bring to your attention a bright autumn recipe for zucchini stuffed with fish mass and boiled mushrooms. Note that this modest, but very tasty dish is able to diversify any family lunch or dinner.
It is necessary
- • 300 g of chum salmon fillet (with skin);
- • 50 g of lard;
- • 50 g of boiled honey mushrooms;
- • 1 zucchini;
- • ½ onion;
- • bread crumbs;
- • ½ teaspoon of tabasco;
- • 1 clove of garlic;
- • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce;
Instructions
Step 1
Peel the onion and garlic, wash and dry with kitchen paper towels.
Step 2
The list of ingredients contains chum salmon, but if it is not there, then you can take absolutely any fish to prepare minced meat, taking into account the family's taste preferences. Fish clean both inside and outside. Rinse the finished fish fillet, dry it, chop it with a meat grinder along with bacon, half an onion and garlic.
Step 3
Season the cooked minced fish with soy sauce and tabasco, mix until smooth.
Step 4
Boil honey mushrooms until tender, chop finely with a knife and put in minced meat. Add breadcrumbs there. Mix everything until smooth.
Step 5
Wash the zucchini and cut into rings 1 cm thick. Cut the inner part of each ring with any convenient dish, leaving 1 cm of pulp from the edge.
Step 6
Pour oil into a frying pan and heat it up. Put all rings on a cutting board and stuff with fish mass using a teaspoon. Then gently transfer to a skillet in hot oil and fry over high heat for 3 minutes, first on one side (until golden brown), then turn over and fry in the same way on the other side.
Step 7
When the zucchini is fried, reduce the heat, cover the frying pan with a lid, and simmer its contents for another 10 minutes.
Step 8
Put the ready-made zucchini on a dish, decorate with boiled mushrooms and any herbs, serve with your favorite side dish and always hot.
