To make pasta with bell peppers, tomatoes and green beans, you will need:

- pasta - 200 g;

- onions - 2 pcs.;

- frozen green beans - 200 g;

- corn - 0, 5 cans;

- tomatoes - 3 pcs.;

- garlic - 2-3 cloves;

- sweet bell pepper - 1 pc.;

- parsley, dill, basil;

- pepper, salt - to taste;

- sugar - 0.5 tsp

Dice the bell pepper. Peel the onion and chop finely. Chop the garlic with a knife or press. Peel the tomatoes and chop until puree in a blender. Finely chop the greens.

To make it easier to peel the tomatoes, make a cross-shaped incision on them, dip them in boiling water for 20 seconds, then fill them with cold water. The skin can be easily removed by the rolled edges created by the cuts.

Put a frying pan on the fire, pour in the oil. Lay out the chopped onion. Add garlic and herbs. Fry for three minutes. Transfer the bell peppers to the skillet. Continue to fry. Add the beans after three minutes. After another two minutes, add the corn and tomato puree to the skillet.

Season with salt and pepper, stir and simmer for ten to fifteen minutes. Add sugar and herbs to vegetables. Remove from heat, cover and leave to infuse for five to seven minutes. Boil pasta, transfer to a pan with vegetables, stir. Serve hot.

Spaghetti with broccoli and cherry tomatoes are very tasty and aromatic. To prepare this dish you will need:

- spaghetti - 400 g;

- broccoli - 350-400 g;

- cherry tomatoes - 7-10 pcs.;

- seasonings - to taste;

- Parmesan - 70 g;

- olive oil - 3-4 tablespoons;

- salt, ground pepper - to taste;

- basil.

Disassemble the broccoli into inflorescences and boil for three to five minutes in salted boiling water. Remove from heat and place in cold ice water. Put a skillet on the fire. Pour in olive oil. Arrange the tomatoes, season and sauté for two minutes.

Boil the spaghetti, fold in a colander. Slice the Parmesan into thin strips. Place the spaghetti on a platter. Place broccoli and tomatoes on top of the pasta. Pepper the dish. Garnish with Parmesan.

To make a flavored pumpkin paste, you will need:

- pasta - 200 g;

- pumpkin - 200 g;

- Parmesan cheese - 100 g;

- cream - 0.5 cups;

- salt, ground pepper - to taste;

- dried sage - 1 tsp;

- nutmeg - a pinch.

If you like a mix of sweet and savory, you can add a pinch of chili to the recipe.

Prepare the pumpkin. Wash it, remove the skin and seeds. Cut the pumpkin into small cubes. Add syrup or honey, sage, stir.

Line a baking sheet with parchment. Instead, you can simply grease it with oil. Place the sliced pumpkin and place in the preheated oven for fifteen minutes. Then remove the baking sheet, gently stir the pumpkin and put it back in the oven until tender. Boil the pasta.

Now prepare the sauce. To do this, pour cream into a saucepan and put on fire. Heat the cream over low heat. Add salt, pepper, sage, nutmeg, chopped garlic through a press. Grate the cheese and place in a saucepan with sauce. Stir. When the sauce is warm, remove the saucepan from the heat.

Put the pasta, baked pumpkin on a dish, pour over the sauce. Mix gently. Serve hot.
