Pasta is a dish that many cannot refuse. In its pure form, this dish, most likely, will not arouse enthusiasm among true gourmets, but pasta with vegetables will be a pleasant surprise and decoration of any table.
It is necessary
- - 2 pcs. onions;
- - 2 cloves of garlic;
- - 1/2 cans of corn;
- - 150-200 g of frozen green beans;
- - 3 tomatoes;
- - 1 PC. bell pepper;
- - greens (parsley, basil, dill);
- - 200-250 g pasta;
- - a pinch of sugar;
- - salt;
- - pepper.
Instructions
Step 1
Let's start by cooking vegetables. Wash the bell pepper, cut a seed box out of it, and cut the pepper into cubes.
Step 2
Finely chop the pre-washed and peeled onions.
Step 3
With garlic, you must do the same as with onions: wash, peel and chop finely.
Step 4
Wash the tomatoes. To make them easier to peel, soak the tomatoes in boiling water for 1 minute. Then remove and peel them off. Tomatoes can be chopped using a blender or grated.
Step 5
Wash, pat dry, then chop the herbs.
Step 6
Open a can of corn and remove the liquid from it.
Step 7
All components are ready. Let's start frying. The pan must be preheated, then pour a little vegetable oil into it. First, put half the garlic, half the herbs and the onion in the pan. Fry all this for about 3 minutes over medium heat.
Step 8
Add bell pepper to the mixture. Cook for about 3 more minutes.
Step 9
Add the beans and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Step 10
Add the corn and the tomato you chopped earlier. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Simmer the whole mixture over low heat for 15 minutes.
Step 11
Now add a pinch of sugar to the vegetables, the garlic you have left, and greens. Mix everything, close the lid and leave for 5 minutes.
Step 12
Boil the pasta in plenty of boiling water. It is important not to overcook them, otherwise the dish may lose its taste.
Step 13
Combine pasta with vegetables and serve.
