Step 1

The first step is to combine sugar and eggs. Beat these ingredients thoroughly until foam appears.

The very last ingredient is added berries. You need to mix them with the dough very carefully, without making any special efforts so as not to damage the berry.

Charlotte is baked for 40 minutes at 180 degrees. Over time, the cake should be checked for readiness by piercing it with a toothpick. If there are traces of raw dough on it, then leave the charlotte in the oven for a while.
