Lingonberry is a tasty and healthy berry, it is rich in organic acids, sugars, vitamins. An excellent jam is obtained from lingonberries, which can be used not only as a delicacy, but also used for colds as a natural antipyretic.

Sort out and rinse the berries well. Blanch the lingonberries for 2-3 minutes in boiling water, then fold them onto a sieve to let the water glass.
Step 2
Boil the sugar syrup in the water you used for blanching. Dip the berries in it and cook them for 25-30 minutes.
Step 3
Turn off the heat and leave the lingonberry jam to cool slightly. Pour warm jam into prepared jars.

Sort out and rinse the berry. Place it in a warm oven and simmer until juices appear.
Step 5
Rinse pears, peel, core cut. Cut the peeled pears into wedges, then blanch them in hot water for 10-15 minutes. After blanching, chill the fruit by immersing it in cold water for 2-3 minutes. Place the pears in a colander to drain the water.
Step 6
Remove the lingonberries from the oven, drain the resulting juice and mix with 1 kg of sugar. Bring the lingonberry and sugar mixture to a boil. Pour the resulting syrup over the pears and leave for 3-4 hours.
Step 7
Add the remaining sugar to the stewed lingonberries, cover and leave at room temperature for a day.
Step 8
Boil sugar syrup with pears for 10-15 minutes over low heat, then leave for 7-8 hours.
Step 9
Boil the lingonberries after 10 minutes. After they have settled a second time, bring the pears to a boil and combine with the boiled berry. Cook the lingonberry and pear jam for 20-30 minutes.

Sort the berries by size, remove twigs, dry remains of the flower and stalks. Rinse the lingonberries and blackcurrants thoroughly under cold water.

Bring a glass of water to a boil and cook the berries in it for 2-3 minutes. Next, drain the water from the berries, mix it with sugar and put on fire. When the syrup boils, dip the fruits in it and cook with a continuous boil for 5-8 minutes, removing the foam. After that, cook the jam over low heat for 20-30 minutes.
