Tuna salad is the most common fish salad. After all, tuna meat is quite fatty, there are no small bones in it, it is ideal for salads. Often, dishes are prepared from canned tuna, but you can also prepare an original dish with fresh tuna, complementing it with fresh melon and a fragrant sauce.
It is necessary
- For four servings:
- - 240 g of tuna;
- - 200 g cantaloupe melon;
- - 170 ml of olive oil;
- - 120 g lettuce leaves;
- - 100 ml of orange juice;
- - 40 ml each of lemon juice, soy sauce;
- - 8 g of ginger root, coriander;
- - salt, black pepper.

Step 1
Salt and pepper the tuna, fry in olive oil in a whole piece on both sides.
Step 2
Cut the melon into small cubes, chop the ginger and coriander. Mix.
Step 3
Prepare the sauce. Mix lemon and orange juice, add 140 ml of olive oil, pour in soy sauce.
Step 4
Cut into slices of fried tuna, drizzle with a little oil, stir a little in it.
Step 5
Now place the tuna slices on the plates, pour over the aromatic sauce. Add melon cubes. Finish off with a mixture of lettuce leaves. Season with pepper and salt to taste.
