Sometimes you want to cook cutlets without using meat. A healthy and also very tasty option for such cutlets is corn cutlets.
It is necessary
- - 225 g frozen corn
- - a bunch of young onions with feathers (finely chopped)
- - 1 chopped red chili
- - 1 garlic clove, crushed
- - 1/2 tsp. ground coriander
- - 2 cm ginger root (finely chopped)
- - 3 tbsp. l. flour with baking powder
- - 1/2 egg (beat)
- - salt and ground black pepper
- - vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
Step 1
Boil the corn in boiling water for 3-4 minutes. Place in a colander and mash slightly with a fork. Combine with onion, chili, garlic, coriander, ginger, flour and egg; season with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Pour oil into the pan so that it covers the sides to a height of 1 cm and heat over medium heat. Spoon the corn mixture in a rounded teaspoon and cook in portions for 2 minutes on each side.
Step 3
Blot with paper towels and serve warm.
