Cauliflower is a healthy and easily digestible vegetable. It contains a lot of vitamins B1, B2, C, PP, mineral salts. In cooking, cauliflower is prized for its ease of preparation and its delicate taste.

- - 1 head of cauliflower;
- - 300 g eggplant;
- - 200 g of sausages;
- - 1 carrot;
- - 1 onion;

Instructions
Step 1
Disassemble the cauliflower into florets and rinse in warm water before stewing.
Step 2
Stewed cauliflower with sour cream
Grate the carrots, finely chop the peeled onions. Saute the vegetables until the onions are translucent. Boil the cauliflower inflorescences for 5-7 minutes in salted boiling water, then discard in a colander.
Step 3
Mix mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard. Add no more than 50 ml of water. Transfer the cauliflower to the skillet with the onions and carrots, pour over the sauce and simmer for 10-15 minutes. Sprinkle the cooked cabbage with herbs, stir and cover.
Step 4
Cauliflower stewed with mushrooms and cheese
Pour 100 ml of milk into the cauliflower inflorescences. Wash the mushrooms, cut into slices and simmer until tender. Simmer the cauliflower in another skillet for 10 minutes. Then pour the remaining milk into the cabbage, add butter, mushrooms and salt. Simmer over low heat for another 4 minutes. Sprinkle the cabbage with grated cheese.
Step 5
Cauliflower stewed in tomato sauce
Pour the prepared cauliflower into 60 ml of water and simmer covered for 15 minutes over high heat. Grate the processed cheese on a coarse grater and mix it with tomato paste and tabasco sauce. Season with salt and bring to a boil in a separate container. Pour the stewed cauliflower with the prepared sauce and sprinkle with finely chopped green onions before serving.
Step 6
Cauliflower stewed with eggplant and sausages
Cut the eggplants into cubes, salt and leave for half an hour to remove the bitterness from them. Then rinse in cold running water. Boil the cauliflower inflorescences for 10-15 minutes after boiling, drain the water. Peel the onions and carrots. Finely chop the onion, and grate the carrots on a medium grater. Cut the sausages into slices. Instead of sausages, you can use sausage or ham.
Step 7
Fry the onions in vegetable oil until golden brown. Combine onions with carrots and eggplants. Cook for another 7-10 minutes. Add sausages and cauliflower. Season with salt and pepper. Simmer for 3-4 minutes. When serving, sprinkle with finely chopped herbs.
