  • - tomato paste - 1 tablespoon,
  • - black pepper - 5 peas,
  • - carnation - 3 buds,
  • - dried chili flakes - half a teaspoon,
  • - cinnamon - half a teaspoon,
  • - coriander - half a teaspoon,
  • - a mixture of Italian herbs - half a teaspoon,
  • - anise - a third of an asterisk,
  • - a little salt,
  • - some water for the sauce.

Instructions

Step 1

We cut each fillet into five equal parts (you can get more, depending on which pieces you want).

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the meat until golden brown. We transfer the fried pieces of meat to a plate, leave the oil in the pan.

Step 2

Put the spices in a pan with oil and heat them for two minutes over low heat.

Put finely chopped onion, garlic and chili in a pan with spices.

Cook over medium heat until the onions are soft.

Step 3

Cut the banana into medium pieces and put it in the pan with the vegetables. Banana gives the sauce a sweetness and a thicker, creamier texture.

After a few minutes, add a tablespoon of cocoa, tomato paste to the banana and vegetables and salt a little. Stir, pour a glass of water into the sauce and simmer for about five minutes.

Step 4

Pour the sauce into a blender and grind it until smooth.

Pour the chocolate sauce into the pan and put the meat in it, cover the pan with a lid, reduce the heat and simmer for 25 minutes.

Decorate the chicken in the sauce with sprigs of parsley or cilantro.
