Everyone tried meatballs in kindergarten. This dish is loved by many. Lazy stuffed cabbage rolls are very easy to prepare and will definitely appeal to all members of your family.
It is necessary
- - 500 g minced meat;
- - 100 g of boiled rice;
- - 200 g white cabbage
- For the sauce:
- - 2 tbsp. ketchup;
- - 1 tbsp. mayonnaise;
- - 300 ml of broth
- - flour.
Instructions
Step 1
For the sauce, combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl and stir until smooth.
Step 2
Chop the cabbage with a special knife. Pour boiling water over it in a bowl for 10 minutes. Then drain and discard the cabbage in a colander to remove excess moisture.
Step 3
Put pre-boiled rice, chopped cabbage into the minced meat. Season with salt and pepper and mix well.
Step 4
Form small balls from the resulting mixture. Dip each of them in sifted flour. Fry each bun in a preheated skillet on both sides.
Step 5
As soon as the balls have acquired a golden brown crust, pour the prepared sauce over them. Put the cabbage rolls to simmer for 40 minutes.
Step 6
It is worth stewing cabbage rolls in a skillet closed with a lid over low heat. While they are stewing, you can start preparing a side dish.
