- For the dough: 5 glasses of wheat flour, 0.5 glasses of water, 0.5 teaspoons of salt.
- For minced meat: 250 grams of pork, 250 grams of beef, 1 onion, 2 tablespoons of water, salt and pepper to taste, vegetable oil.
Instructions
Step 1
Dissolve the salt in half a glass of water. Pour flour into salted water and knead a tough dough.
Step 2
Cover the dough with a towel and leave for 15-20 minutes.
Step 3
Pass the meat through a meat grinder and mix. Peel the onion, chop finely and combine with the minced meat.
Step 4
Salt and pepper the minced meat and add 2 tablespoons of water. Knead the minced meat well.
Step 5
Roll out the dough thinly and cut out circles about 15 centimeters in diameter.
Step 6
Put some minced meat on one half of the flatbread and cover with the other half of the flatbread, join the edges well.
Step 7
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry pasties on both sides until tender.
