Boil the chicken fillet in salted water. Refrigerate and cut into cubes. Wash the prunes, pour boiling water over it and leave for 15 minutes. Then drain the water, finely chop the prunes. Wash the carrots, peel and grate them on a coarse grater. Cut the pickled cucumbers into cubes, grate the cheese on a medium grater. Mix all the ingredients, top with the dressing made from mayonnaise and sour cream, in a 1: 2 combination. Add salt, pepper, stir again.

Obzhorka salad can be prepared with smoked chicken. You will need: 200 g of smoked breast, 200 g of cheese, 2 carrots, 100 g of white bread, vegetable oil, mayonnaise, herbs, parsley, dill, lettuce. Separate the smoked meat from the bones and then cut into small cubes. Wash the carrots, peel, grate on a coarse grater. Fry it in a skillet in vegetable oil for 15 minutes. Then transfer to a plate and cool. Cut white bread into cubes, fry them in a preheated skillet until crusty, transfer to a plate and refrigerate. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Wash the lettuce leaves, dry and arrange nicely on a platter. Put all the ingredients in a salad bowl, except the croutons, salt and stir. Then season with mayonnaise and place on lettuce leaves.

Before serving, sprinkle the dish with croutons, garnish with dill and parsley.

Prepare Obzhorka puff salad with beef. You will need: 300 g of beef, 300 g of mushrooms, 1 onion, 2 fresh cucumbers, 250 g of Suluguni cheese, 150 g of prunes, 2 fresh carrots, mayonnaise, salt, sour cream, pepper. Boil the beef in salted water until tender. Chill the meat and fiber it with your hands. Peel the onion, chop finely. Wash the mushrooms, chop them. Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil, put onions. Salt it for 3 minutes, add mushrooms, stir. Fry them slowly for 10 minutes and refrigerate. Pour boiling water over the washed prunes for 10 minutes, drain the water, and cut the prunes with a sharp knife. Prepare the dressing: mix mayonnaise and sour cream in a 1: 2 ratio, pepper, salt. Put the meat in a salad bowl, flatten with a spoon, grease with dressing. Then put onion with mushrooms and brush with dressing. Wash fresh cucumber, peel and cut into cubes. Peel the carrots, grate them. Mix vegetables, put them on mushrooms, brush with dressing. Put chopped Suluguni cheese on top, and on it - prunes, which should be greased with dressing. Place the dish in the refrigerator for 2 hours.

Instead of prunes, you can use raisins, dried apricots.

Make Obzhorka salad with boiled pork. You will need: 200 g of boiled pork, 200 g of pickled mushrooms, 150 g of Korean carrots, 150 g of cheese, ½ pomegranate, mayonnaise, salt, sour cream. Cut the boiled pork into thin slices. Cut the pickled mushrooms in half. Drain the marinade from the Korean carrots. Grate the cheese on a medium grater, peel the pomegranate, remove the seeds. Mix mayonnaise and sour cream in a 1: 1 ratio. Combine all the ingredients in a salad bowl, add salt, dressing, mix and let sit for 15 minutes.
