It is necessary

  • - 350 g chicken fillet
  • - 150 g of hard cheese
  • - 200 g canned mushrooms
  • - 5 eggs
  • - 2 carrots
  • - 2 onions
  • - 2-3 cloves of garlic
  • - sunflower oil
  • - mayonnaise
  • - sour cream

Instructions

Step 1

Wash the carrots under running water, peel and boil. Chop finely.

Step 2

Boil the chicken breast in salted water. Then cool the chicken meat and disassemble into fibers.

Boil hard boiled eggs for 10 minutes. Pour cold water over them to cool, peel them. Then carefully separate the whites from the yolks. Grate both whites and yolks on a fine grater.

Peel the onion, wash and chop finely.

Pour some sunflower oil into a preheated pan. Fry the onion in it until golden brown. Add about a third of the carrots to the onion and fry. Then add finely chopped garlic.

Finely chop the mushrooms. Grate hard cheese (fine or coarse, as you like).

You don't need a salad bowl for this salad. Take a large flat dish. All ingredients will be laid out in layers. The salad must be laid out in the form of an orange wedge. Each layer of salad must be generously coated with mayonnaise. If you are not very fond of fatty salads, coat the layers with a thin mesh of mayonnaise. If you like sour cream, you can mix mayonnaise with sour cream for dressing.

Put the salad on a dish in layers: onions and carrots, chicken breast, hard cheese with yolks, mushrooms, egg whites. On the top layer, mark the places for the slices with mayonnaise and lay them out with carrots. Also coat the edge with mayonnaise and carrots.
