Cardamom grows in Tanzania, India and Guatemala. It is a perennial tropical plant and its seeds have been used as a classic spice in many countries since ancient times. Cardamom is aromatic and spicy and is added to baked goods, soups, drinks and meat dishes.
Cardamom improves appetite, has a beneficial effect on the functioning of the stomach, heart, brain and intestines, removes harmful substances and toxins from the body, and green tea with cardamom will help to reduce weight. In oriental medicine, this product is used to treat coughs, asthma, bronchitis, cystitis, nephritis, colds. It is able to relieve toothache.

The dish contains many trace elements useful for humans, and with the help of cardamom, pumpkin porridge will turn out to be very tasty. To prepare it, you will need:
- 500 g pumpkin;
- 350 g of millet groats;
- 1 liter of milk;
- 7 g ground cardamom;
- 150 g sugar;
- cinnamon.
Grind the pumpkin on a coarse grater, add cinnamon, sugar and spice, mix. To cook the porridge, rinse the cereal, fill it with water and bring to a boil. Put millet and a mixture of pumpkin and spices in several layers in pots, fill with milk. We bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 1 hour.
