Step 1

Choose meat. This dish can be prepared with a variety of meats, but beef or lean pork is best. Just do not mix these two types, since the cooking time is different. To make the meat more tasty and juicy, you should use only fresh products.

Cut the meat into pieces, 1, 5-2 cm thick and 5 cm long. Beat them a little, salt and pepper to taste. Then leave it in the refrigerator for a couple of hours - during this time it will become softer and more fragrant.
