If you have a small piece of pork left, and you do not know where to fit it, then you can make stewed cabbage with meat from it. This dish is not only very tasty, but also quite budgetary. Plus, it's easy to prepare and can be a complete dinner.
It is necessary

- - white cabbage - 1 kg;
- - medium-sized onions - 3 pcs.;
- - small carrots - 1 pc.;
- - tomatoes - 2 pcs.;
- - tomato paste - 1 tbsp. l.;
- - red hot pepper - 3 pinches;
- - ground black pepper;
- - dried garlic - 1 tsp;
- - salt;
- - parsley;
- - sunflower oil for frying;
- - deep frying pan, saucepan or cauldron.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the meat under running water, dry and cut into small pieces. Then put them in a cup, add dried garlic, red hot pepper and 0.5 teaspoon of ground black pepper. Mix everything and leave for 20 minutes so that the meat is saturated with the aroma of spices.
Step 2
In the meantime, remove the first two layers of leaves from the cabbage and chop it. Remove the skins from the onions and carrots. Chop the onion into quarters and grate the carrots.
Step 3
Take a frying pan and heat it, then pour in a small amount of sunflower oil and heat it. Now put in the meat. Fry it until golden brown. Add onion and sauté until golden brown. Next, throw in the carrots, mix everything and fry it until half cooked.
Step 4
Cut the tomatoes into small cubes and place in the pan with meat and vegetables. Once all the juice is melted, add the tomato paste and fry for another 2-3 minutes. Then add the cabbage and mix well together. Once each stripe is coated with tomato sauce, add salt and black pepper to taste. Then reduce the temperature to low, cover and simmer for half an hour. During this time, the cabbage and meat will need to be mixed 1-2 times.
Step 5
At the end of the time, check the cabbage for readiness - if it becomes soft, remove the pan from the stove and leave the food for 5 minutes. After that, the stewed cabbage with meat can be divided into portions and sprinkle each of them with chopped fresh parsley.
