Instructions
Step 1
Beat the eggs with three tablespoons of mayonnaise, a pinch of sugar and a pinch of salt, cook the omelet over low heat, in refined sunflower oil, prying the omelet with a fork. The main thing is that it is not fried from below, but has the appearance of a homogeneous tender mass.
Cool, cut into small cubes.
Step 2
Cut the onion into thin half rings, sprinkle with vinegar and sprinkle with black pepper and salt. We marinate for 30 minutes.
Step 3
Cut the boiled beef tongue and the boiled fillet into small cubes, mix with the omelet.
Step 4
Cut the melted cheese into small cubes or grate it on a coarse grater. Pour into a container with chopped omelet, chicken and beef tongue.
Step 5
Pour champignons with boiling water, cut into thin slices or small cubes, salt to taste, lightly fry in vegetable oil. Cool, pour into a container with ready-made ingredients.
Step 6
Grate pickled cucumbers on a coarse grater, finely chop fresh cucumbers. Cut the peeled boiled potatoes into small cubes. We mix everything in a container with ingredients.
Step 7
Add a few tablespoons of tender canned corn.

Chop the green onion finely. We add it to the rest of the products.

Salt to taste. Add pickled onions. We fill with mayonnaise. If desired, you can add a spoonful of thick sour cream. Gently mix the whole mass for the salad.

Cool the prepared mass in the refrigerator before serving. We put it in a salad bowl. Coat with mayonnaise, chopped boiled yolk, finely chopped green onions.
