It is necessary

    • potatoes 2-3 pcs;
    • onion - 1 pc;
    • crab sticks - 200g;
    • apple (sour) - 1 pc;
    • eggs - 3-4 pcs;
    • mayonnaise.
    • for the marinade:
    • vinegar 9% - 2 tsp;
    • water - 50-70 ml;
    • ground black pepper.

Step 1

Prepare raw foods, namely boil potatoes and boil eggs. Potatoes can be cooked either in their uniforms or without. Eggs need to be opened to a steep state, and so that they do not crack, and are better cleaned - you can add a few teaspoons of ordinary salt to the water.

Step 2

While the eggs and potatoes are boiling, you can peel the apple and make a marinade. To prepare it, mix vinegar with plain water, and add black ground pepper. If you like it sharper, then you need to put more pepper.

In the finished marinade, cut and put the onion, while you work on the rest of the ingredients, it will have time to pick up the taste and aroma. Then cut the crab sticks into pieces.

After the eggs and potatoes are curdled, grate them on a coarse grater, but you need to separate the yolks from the whites of the eggs. If you do this on a fine grater, then the taste of certain foods may not be felt. Then peel the apple and chop it the same way. All components should be put in different dishes.

Now you can start laying the salad itself, since it is multi-layered, you need to take flat dishes with small sides. The first layer is laid out from potatoes, the second - onions, the third - an apple. Lubricate this and all subsequent layers with mayonnaise. Next come crab sticks, whites and yolks.
