It is necessary

  • - 300 grams of minced meat,
  • - 300 grams of pasta,
  • - 1 egg,
  • - 3 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil for frying,
  • - 20 grams of butter,
  • - 1 onion,
  • - 1 clove of garlic,
  • - 1 carrot,
  • - half of bell pepper,
  • - 200 ml of tomato juice,
  • - 200 ml of water,
  • - salt to taste,
  • - 0.5 teaspoons of sugar,
  • - ground black pepper to taste,
  • - oregano dry to taste,
  • - basil to taste,
  • - thyme, thyme to taste,
  • - greens to taste.

Instructions

Step 1

Add an egg and a small slice of white bread soaked in milk to the minced meat, salt, pepper and mix. Add some water and beat the minced meat in a cup for five minutes. Add more water if necessary. The minced meat should be of such a consistency that balls can be molded from it. Water for minced meat will need about one third of a glass.

Step 2

While the minced meat is on the side, melt the butter and turn on the oven (200 degrees).

Step 3

Brush a baking dish with melted butter. Blind balls from minced meat and put them in a mold. Lubricate the balls with melted butter. Place the meatball dish in the oven for 20 minutes. After 10 minutes, increase the temperature to 220 degrees.

Step 4

For tomato sauce, finely chop the onion and a clove of garlic, coarsely grate the carrots, cut the bell pepper into thin strips.

Step 5

In a saucepan, heat the vegetable oil and fry the onion a little, then add the garlic, after 30 seconds the carrots, stir. Then add the bell pepper. Saute the vegetables to taste. Pour in tomato juice, salt, add sugar. Cover the saucepan with a lid and cook the sauce over low heat until a film forms.

Step 6

Remove the meatball dish from the oven. Transfer the meatballs to the tomato sauce.

Add water (half a glass), season with spices and cook, covered, until the water is almost completely evaporated.

Step 7

Boil pasta or spaghetti in salted water until tender. Transfer the finished pasta to an ovenproof dish, add the meatballs and stir. Cover the dish with foil and place in the oven for ten minutes (temperature 200 degrees).

Step 8

After 10 minutes, remove the mold, remove the foil and stir in the pasta and meatballs. Serve in portions with fresh herbs.
