A simple and quick dish, perfect for a family weekend lunch. It will both warm and allow you to enjoy the taste, and the cauliflower in the composition will benefit your health.
It is necessary
- - 250 gr. any pasta;
- - 2 green peppers, onion, cauliflower forks;
- - 40 gr. butter (3 tablespoons);
- - 375 ml of milk;
- - 45 gr. flour;
- - salt and pepper;
- - 100 gr. cheese;
- - bread crumbs.
Instructions
Step 1
Boil the pasta according to the instructions on the package.
Step 2
The cauliflower needs to be washed and disassembled into small inflorescences.
Step 3
Chop the onion and pepper. Fry with cauliflower in one spoonful of butter for 5 minutes.
Step 4
In another pan, melt 2 tablespoons of butter, add flour, stir constantly and pour in milk to make a thick white sauce. Season it with pepper and salt.
Step 5
We grate the cheese, add it to the white sauce.
Step 6
Put the pasta and cauliflower with onions and peppers in a large bowl, pour over the sauce and mix thoroughly.
Step 7
Put the pasta and vegetables in a baking dish, sprinkle with a little cheese and breadcrumbs on top to form a crust.
Step 8
We bake in the oven (175C) for 30-35 minutes. A tasty and healthy dish is ready!
