Step 1
There are several ways to cut cauliflower during the cooking process. The traditional way is done as follows: the cabbage is divided into small pieces, which are separated from the stalk, and then they are boiled, blanched, baked in batter. You can prepare the cabbage in another way: wash the head of cabbage, then dry it with a paper towel, cut it into thick circles with the stalk with a sharp knife. Place the chopped cabbage on a suitable sized baking sheet.

Now you need to prepare the paste required for baking the cabbage. The ingredients listed in this recipe are best bought whole. When crushed, they do not retain their rich aroma. The best way to grind spices is in a stone mortar.
Step 3
Combine cumin, coriander, fennel in a mortar, add salt, pepper and pound. Combine spices with olive oil. The result should be a thick paste that you need to grease the cauliflower with.
Step 4
Spread the cauliflower with cooked spicy paste on both sides, then send the baking sheet to the oven preheated to 180 degrees.
Step 5
The cabbage should be baked for about 25 minutes. Do not forget to turn the cabbage once so that it is well browned on both sides.
Step 6
Oven-baked cauliflower should be served hot. Also, if desired and depending on taste, you can pour the cabbage on top with lemon juice or olive oil.
