Baking such as a cupcake is versatile, as it can easily replace even a cake. The filling for the cake can be absolutely any. I suggest you bake it with tangerines. They will give baked goods an amazing citrus taste and aroma.
It is necessary
- - tangerines - 4 pcs.;
- - butter - 170 g;
- - eggs - 3 pcs.;
- - flour - 125 g;
- - dried fruits - 150 g;
- - sugar - 200 g;
- - baking powder for dough - 1 tablespoon;
- - salt - to taste;
- - orange liqueur - 2 tablespoons.

Step 1
After peeling two tangerines, divide them into wedges and set aside for 60 minutes. During this time, they should have time to dry out.
Step 2
After washing the dried fruits well, transfer them to a fairly deep bowl and cover with orange liqueur. You can choose absolutely any dried fruit for a tangerine cake, for example, cherries, prunes or raisins.
Step 3
Place 20 grams of butter in a clean skillet. When the butter is melted, add 2 teaspoons of granulated sugar there. After placing the tangerine slices on the sugar, fry them on each side for 2 minutes.
Step 4
Place the fried fruit in another bowl. Put the soaked dried fruits along with the orange liqueur in the pan in which the tangerines were fried. Heat this mass until absolutely all the liquid has evaporated from it, then let it cool.
Step 5
Mix 150 grams of butter and 125 grams of granulated sugar in one bowl. Mix these ingredients with each other using a mixer for 3-5 minutes, that is, until a sufficiently fluffy mass is formed.
Step 6
Add raw chicken eggs to the resulting fluffy mass. After adding each, remember to whisk the mixture into the cream. Then pour the wheat flour there, having previously sifted it, along with dried fruits, salt and baking powder for the dough. Mix everything as it should. As a result, you should have a fairly thick and dense dough.
Step 7
Grease a baking dish with sunflower oil and sprinkle with wheat flour. Put the resulting dough into it and press the fried tangerine slices into it. Bake the future tangerine cake at 180 degrees for 50-60 minutes.
Step 8
After checking the readiness of the dish with a match, remove it from the oven and cool. The tangerine cupcake is ready! Garnish with powdered sugar and tangerine wedges if desired.
