Squeeze the juice out of the fruit, filter it through a sieve, pour into an enamel bowl and heat for 12 minutes at a high temperature. Add thick sugar syrup to the drink.

Pour ready hot tangerine juice into dry and clean jars, close them with lids and pasteurize at a temperature of 80 ° C: 1 liter jar - for 20 minutes, and 0.5 liter jars - 15 minutes. After that, close the jars tightly with lids, turn them upside down and let cool.
