You can try to cook chicken marinated with kefir. To do this, the prepared chicken pieces are rubbed, as always, with salt and pepper, onions, cut into rings and finely grated garlic are added to them and poured with kefir. After 2-3 hours, the pieces cooked in such a marinade can be fried.

Chicken kebab is served with sauce. You can choose any sauce: mustard, sour cream, vegetable, garlic, lemon. You can cook it yourself or just buy it in the store.
