Burrito is a traditional Mexican dish so loved by gourmets all over the world. Again, traditionally burritos are made with a meat filling. However, there is some good news for the veggies too - a vegetable burrito with mushrooms.
It is necessary
- tortillas (Mexican flatbreads) - 2 pieces
- sweet bell pepper - 2 pcs.
- tomatoes - 2 pieces
- champignons - 100 g
- lime
- canned red or black beans - 1 small can
- rice - 1 glass
- ground red and black pepper
- salt
- tomato paste - 1 spoon
- vegetable oil
- greens
Instructions
Step 1
Cut bell peppers and tomatoes into small cubes. Chop the greens finely. Fry with vegetable oil over medium heat until half cooked.
Step 2
Fry the chopped mushrooms in a separate frying pan.
Step 3
Fry beans and cooked rice separately. Gradually add the mixture of tomatoes, peppers and mushrooms. Add tomato paste. Season with spices and salt to taste.
Step 4
Allow the finished filling to cool. Drizzle with lime juice and start assembling the burritos.
Step 5
Heat tortillas slightly in the microwave (10-15 seconds). Gently place the filling in the center of the cake, wrap it in a kind of oblong envelope. Bon Appetit!
