It is necessary

  • For the test:
  • - 250 g of sifted flour;
  • - 1 egg;
  • - 1 pinch of salt;
  • - 125 g butter, diced
  • - 2 tbsp. l. water;
  • For filling:
  • - 4 eggs;
  • - 200 ml. cream;
  • - 200 g of cheese;
  • - broccoli;
  • - Bulgarian pepper;
  • - mushrooms
  • - corn
  • - salt and pepper to taste.

Instructions

Step 1

To prepare the dough, mix all the ingredients and stir until smooth. Place the dough in a bowl and cover. Let the dough rest for 10 minutes. Boil broccoli for a few minutes. Pre-salt the water in which you will boil them.

Step 2

Rinse the pepper and cut the core out. Cut it into small cubes. Sprinkle some flour on the table and roll out the dough on it with a rolling pin. Then carefully place the dough in a baking dish.

Step 3

Cover the dough with parchment, and put some weight on it. Put the oven at 200 degrees. Once the oven has warmed up to the desired degrees, put the dough in the oven for a few minutes until a blush forms. Then remove the weight from the dough and the parchment and send it back to the oven for 8 minutes.

Step 4

Prepare the filling. Mix the chopped mushrooms, peppers and boiled inflorescences in a separate bowl. Add cheese and corn grated on a medium grater. Season the filling with salt to taste.

Step 5

Whisk eggs and cream to make the filling. Place the filling over the dough. And pour the fill on top. Bake for another 15 minutes.
