Not everyone likes vegetarian dishes, which is a pity. Vegetable pizza turns out to be very juicy and any gourmet will appreciate its taste.

It is necessary

  • - flour - 400 g
  • - water - 1 glass (about 200-250 ml)
  • - yeast 15 g (1/2 pack)
  • - salt - 1 tsp
  • - champignons - 300 g
  • - onion 1 pc.
  • - Bulgarian pepper - 1 pc.
  • - tomatoes - 2 pcs.
  • - olives
  • - hard cheese
  • - garlic
  • - greens
  • - sour cream 10%
  • - tomato paste

Instructions

Step 1

We knead the dough, for this we need:

1) Flour - 400 g

2) Water - 1 glass (about 200-250 ml)

3) Yeast 15 g (1/2 pack)

4) Salt - 1 tsp.

Just want to make a reservation, this amount of ingredients is designed for 10-12 servings.

Let's get started: you need to take a deep bowl, pour flour into it and add salt. We salt once, since the pizza dough turns out to be very viscous, and after you knead it, you won't be able to add anything else to it!

We make a "hole" in flour and pour yeast into it, pour a little water. We wait a few minutes for the yeast to set. Mix very thoroughly, avoiding the formation of lumps, put in a warm place. The dough is done when it doubles in size.

Step 2

Making the filling: first we need to chop the onion and fry it in sunflower oil along with the mushrooms and a couple of garlic cloves. I used frozen mushrooms. If you take fresh ones, then you do not need to fry them, in this case they will turn out to be slightly dried. Then chop up the rest of the vegetables. Cut the tomatoes into slices as they will form the basis for the rest of the ingredients.

Step 3

It's time to knead the dough. Pour flour on the place where we will roll it out, roll our hands in flour and begin to knead. From the mass in the bowl, you should get a ball of dough, which we use a rolling pin to roll into a flat circle for pizza. I like this dough very much, so I roll it out to about 1-1.5 cm. Put it on a baking sheet pre-greased with vegetable oil.

Step 4

We mix sour cream and tomato paste, spread the resulting mass on a circle of dough. Then put the tomatoes, the rest of the ingredients and sprinkle with grated cheese on top.

Step 5

We bake at a temperature of 200C until tender.
