It is necessary

  • For the test:
  • - 10 tablespoons of flour;
  • - 1/2 glass of water;
  • - a tablespoon of starch;
  • - 1/2 teaspoon of salt;
  • - three tablespoons of vegetable oil.
  • For filling:
  • - one onion;
  • - half a can of green olives;
  • - one large sweet pepper;
  • - two large tomatoes;
  • - 250 grams of tofu cheese;
  • - seasonings (to taste).
  • For the sauce:
  • - two tomatoes;
  • - a clove of garlic;
  • - salt and pepper (to taste).

Instructions

Step 1

First of all, prepare the pizza dough: put flour, starch and salt in a deep bowl, pour in water and two tablespoons of vegetable oil. Mix everything thoroughly until smooth. Continue stirring until the dough stops sticking to the spoon, then leave it for 15 minutes, covered with plastic wrap (this will protect the dough from airing).

Step 2

In the meantime, prepare the sauce as well as the pizza toppings. Rinse two tomatoes, peel a clove of garlic and put these ingredients in a blender, season with salt (you can also pepper), then turn on the blender and grind the vegetables until they turn into a liquid puree.

Step 3

Rinse all vegetables intended for filling, peel and remove seeds. Cut the onion into thin half rings and fry in vegetable oil (it is advisable to fry the onion over high heat, and so that it becomes covered with an appetizing crust on top, but remains raw inside), cut the pepper and tomatoes into thin slices, cut the olives in half. At this stage, turn on the oven and adjust its temperature to 180 degrees (it is necessary for the oven to warm up properly).

Step 4

Lubricate a clean baking sheet with vegetable oil, put the dough on it and spread it over the bottom of the mold (the dough turns out to be very viscous and plastic, so this should not be difficult). If desired, the dough can be rolled out with a rolling pin, cut off the excess edges and put the finished layer into a mold.

Step 5

Grease the dough in the form with butter (any will do), then pour over the previously prepared sauce, sprinkle with paprika, distribute the chopped vegetables in a chaotic manner. Sprinkle the pizza on top with grated cheese and your favorite herbs.

Step 6

Place the baking sheet in a preheated oven for 15-20 minutes. Remove the finished pizza from the oven, place on a tray, cut into portions and serve hot.
