- Coriander - 1 tsp
- Turmeric - 1 tsp
- Salt - 1 tsp
- Vegetable oil - 3 tablespoons
- ● For the filling:
- Tomato - 2 pcs.
- Bulgarian pepper - 1 pc.
- Adyghe cheese - 100 gr
- Melting cheese (without rennet) - 100 gr
- Dill - 1/3 bunch
- ● For the sauce:
- Sour cream - 100 gr
- Tomato paste - 50 gr
- Salt, spices to taste

Step 1
Prepare the pizza dough first. To do this, mix flour and salt. Add one teaspoon each of coriander and turmeric spices. They are added for better assimilation!
Step 2
Slowly, rubbing the flour with your fingers, pour in 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil. You can use melted butter. Rub all the butter, a little at a time, into the flour.
Step 3
Pour in water and knead a soft and firm dough. Hand knead for 10 minutes. Leave the dough to rest for 20 minutes.

At this time, we will prepare the sauce and filling. For the sauce, mix 100 grams of sour cream and 50 grams of tomato paste. Salt well, add enough of your favorite spices. Mix thoroughly.

For the filling, wash all vegetables and herbs. Cut the tomatoes into thin slices - halves. Cut the bell pepper into strips. Chop the greens finely. Grate two types of cheese - Adyghe and melted on a coarse grater.

When the dough has rested, roll it out. Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil and sprinkle with flour. Pour the dough onto a mold. Pierce the dough several times with a fork.

Next, collect the pizza. Spread the cooked sauce thickly on top of the dough, then add evenly chopped tomatoes and peppers. Sprinkle with herbs and only then put cheese on top of the pizza.
