- Flour - 1 and 1 / 2 tbsp.
- Kefir - 1 / 2 tbsp.
- Vegetable oil - 1/2 tbsp.
- Sugar - 2 tbsp. l.
- Salt - 1 tsp
- Soda - 1/2 tsp
- For filling:
- Cherry tomatoes - 15 pieces
- Bulgarian pepper - 1/2 pc
- Cheese - 100 gr
- Sour cream - 100 gr
- Tomato paste - 60 gr
- Spices - asafoetida, coriander, black pepper
- Dried Herb Blend
- Salt
Instructions
Step 1
Prepare the dough. To do this, pour half a glass of kefir and add half a teaspoon of soda to it. Stir. Leave it on for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Sift flour. It is good to use first grade flour or a mixture of whole grain flour and premium flour. Add two tablespoons of sugar, a teaspoon of salt, and a teaspoon of ground coriander to the flour. Stir.
Step 3
After ten minutes, add vegetable oil to kefir. Then gradually add the flour mixture to the kefir. Do not overdo it with flour, otherwise the pizza will turn out tough! The dough should be soft and pliable. Leave it to rest for 20 minutes in the refrigerator under a plastic wrap.
Step 4
Meanwhile, wash the tomatoes and bell peppers. Cut the cherry tomatoes into halves and the bell peppers into thin strips. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
Step 5
Make a sauce for the pizza grease. Mix sour cream with tomato paste, add asafoetida, black pepper, salt. Stir.
Step 6
Preheat oven to 180 C. Roll out the dough and place on a floured baking sheet. Brush it with a layer of sauce, spread the tomatoes and peppers. Sprinkle with cheese and dried herb mixture. Bake the pizza in the preheated oven until tender. Have a delicious tea party! Cook with love!
