Many housewives who adhere to vegetarianism quite often refuse to prepare many dishes, for example, pizza, since these dishes are prepared in most cases with meat filling. Recently, however, many pizza recipes have appeared, for the preparation of which exclusively vegetables and mozzarella are used.

To prepare the dough:

- 250 g flour (sifted);

- 1 tsp baking powder;

- 1 teaspoon of salt;

- 1 glass of clean water at room temperature;

- 2 tbsp. tablespoons of olive oil;

- 1 teaspoon of your favorite spices.

For filling:

- 2 tbsp. spoons of your favorite thick sauce;

- 50 g of champignons;

- 100 g of vegetable mixture (you can buy it either in the store, or make it yourself);

- 100 g of arugula;

- 50 g of basil;

- 1 scoop of mozzarella.

So, first of all, you need to knead the dough. Pour two tablespoons of vegetable oil into a bowl, add salt and spices, pour in water and mix everything well. Next, you need to put flour mixed with baking powder into this mixture, then knead the hard dough (if the dough is not too elastic, then you can add a little more flour to it). Cover the bowl with the prepared dough with foil and let stand for 15 minutes.

As soon as the specified time has passed, it is necessary to roll out the dough with a rolling pin into a thin layer, cut out a shape from it in area and shape equal to the baking sheet, then put the layer on the baking sheet itself (you can not grease it with oil).

Now you can start stuffing. First you need to grease the dough with sauce. Then lay out the previously finely chopped champignons, then in an even layer a vegetable mixture consisting of corn, carrots, zucchini, peas, bell peppers and green beans.

The next step is baking. A baking sheet with pizza should be placed in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30 minutes. After a while, the dish must be taken out, sprinkled with finely chopped arugula and basil, pieces of mozzarella and put in the oven for another five to seven minutes.

The vegetarian pizza is ready. It should be noted that it is quite tasty both hot and cold.
